This Amberfication is led by in-store, mobile app and on-line payments. As we continue to grow we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join us to support our growth in the UK. About the opportunity: The Growth Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and activity targeting key prospects, aggregators and partners to drive UK growth. With full consideration of the buyers’ journey, you’ll develop, execute and optimise integrated campaigns that raise awareness of Openpay, generate leads and contribute to the sales pipeline across our core verticals of retail, health, home improvement and automotive. This role will see you work very closely with our Growth Team, collaborating on go-to-market strategy, articulating the merchant value proposition, producing sales enablement tools and leveraging strategic partnerships. Working with our Head of Marketing Operations, you’ll also conceive and establish a scalable programme for managing and scoring leads as well as tracking the performance of growth marketing initiatives. About You : Our Marketing Team are the fuel behind our growth, so you need to be commercially driven with expertise in B2B lead generation and customer acquisition marketing. Your application will truly stand out if that expertise has been honed in a payments, SaaS or fintech business, but we will consider all experience. You’ll be analytical and results orientated with a demonstrable track record of success in driving demand and contribution to our pipeline. With broad experience, you’ll also be skilled in creating marketing assets such as landing pages, digital ads, emails, webinars and other sales tools. A global team, you’ll enjoy the occasional early morning or late night call with our teams based in Australia and America where you’ll get the opportunity to collaborate on global projects. As we are still growing (yay!) and developing, you’ll love to roll your sleeves up getting involved in various projects and thriving in the ‘grey’.
