What You’ll Be DoingMoonpig has completed a major replatforming project to modernise our end-to-end technology platform. We now have world class technology to support our growth ambitions and are seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a vital role in our team. You will be reporting to the Head of Product, and joining a team of Product Managers in a function which sits at the heart of the company. You’ll experience the best bits of working for a tech company, with the added security and pride of working for a household-name that helps millions of people show their loved ones they care and celebrate the magical moments.Your Responsibilities: Crafting a vision and strategy for a new Customer Growth team, which looks to identify and build features which drive sustainable customer growth around the Moonpig Product and complements our ambitious business strategy.; Shape and deliver the product roadmap, whilst working in a lean and iterative way to release experiments which take advantage of the network effect around gifting.; Collaborate with other Product Managers, Product Designers,; Data Scientists and Engineers, acting as a servant-leader for your squad.;Ensuring they understand the problems to be solved and that they have the help and tools needed to work together to create elegant solutions. Communicate strategies and trade-offs to Senior Leadership, Product and Engineering partners. Act as a visible role model for more junior Product Managers, leading by example planning and influencing. Coaching and guiding other Product Managers within the team, to think long term and make high quality decisions which have impact. Oversee customer research on the ecommerce experience and integrate results into plans. Build excellent working relationships with stakeholders from the Commercial, Marketing and Customer Services teams, by aligning their strategic initiatives with company OKRs and looking at ways to solve problems in a cross-functional way. What We're Looking For. 5+ years in. Product Management roles. Proven track record of developing, improving and driving innovation in customer-facing digital ecommerce experiences. Experience owning the product roadmap for an ecommerce experience with high-volume usage. Someone capable of communicating clear requirements using various techniques including user stories, concept sketching and prototyping. Evidence of successful senior stakeholder management experience up to Board level – comfortable presenting, rationalising decisions and influencing strategic business decisions.Demonstrable ability to manage the trade-offs among scope, time and budget to deliver high quality products. Solid understanding of technical aspects of back-end systems which run a business like Moonpig e.g. CMS, Search, Promotions and Product Information. Proven track record of working with Data Scientists to deploy AI models which solve complex customer problems and deliver exceptional value to an organisation. Ability to self-serve data and analysis; including writing SQL in relational databases or running complex Google. Analytics queries. Bonus. Experience working on Third Party Commerce Platforms such as Contentful, CommerceTools or Shopify.. Experience working with a multi-brand platform and migrating new tenants to the platform to deliver growth.
