About this role
Our client is a high-performing D2C beauty brand with c. £1m MRR. They have strong conversion, repeat rates and LTV and use influencers in a highly strategic way.
They are now looking to bring in a Growth Lead with to join their small, savvy team. Reporting to the CMO, you will manage a lot of the day-to-day operations, taking ownership of strategic performance such as email marketing, repeat rates and a new loyalty programme. You will need:
- A background working in FMCG (ideally beauty /cosmetics)
- Deep understanding of paid social (particularly Meta)
- Proven experience in e-commerce businesses
