Core Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Identify & prioritise growth opportunities & business problems to solve. The scope of work will be broad and varied (e.g. new ways of selling, how to embrace new online trends etc.); Drive projects including scoping, analysis and development of recommendations, independently or in close collaboration with internal teams and/or external partners.; Play an active role in developing the strategy for LEGO.com to grow.; Support communication and organisation clarity of the strategy. First and foremost, you have a strategic mind-set and know how to navigate in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Your business sense and well-developed interpersonal skills enable you to form strong working relationships across the organisation. Similarly, your strong project management capabilities allow you to prioritise efficiently and thrive in a project-based, collaborative team environment. Strong eCommerce and online understanding: 4+ years’ experience in a top-tier management consultancy or 5+ years’ experience in a business development team.
