The Role - Head of Marketing - possibly your first time in this role, with great experience behind you. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Ownership and execution of all marketing activity in collaboration with Customer Success, Product and Sales. Your role will take responsibility across the following, with priorities evolving with business need; Sales Enablement - Create effective materials to support outbound sales opportunities; Community creation - working with clients and other channels to create relevant communities around Harbr; Website, SEO and; SEM - Manage the website, including content creation, and execute digital marketing campaigns using SEM, SEO and social media to generate inbound leads; PR and Content Marketing - Create and manage the content marketing strategy, including webinars, articles, white papers, blogs and email campaigns to increase the quality of inbound leads; Conferences and Events - Manage attendance at conferences, meet-ups and events to generate awareness and qualified inbound leads; Co-Marketing - Identify and execute co-marketing activities that elevate our brand; Leadership! As our lead for marketing, you will lead a small team of great contributors, and be part of helping Harbr to evolve - collaboration, strategy and getting into the detail are all required.: Qualifications And Main Attributes Core strength and experience in Product Marketing in particular; Experience in data / automation / new value creation through technology - and ideally some level of market understanding around the data; Demonstrable success running marketing or a key part of marketing, for a young Enterprise SaaS company - ideally during product market fit phase and beyond, influencing analysts and driving thought leadership opportunities; Good understanding around digital, social media, content and event-based marketing - potentially with direct skills in a range of these areas, as a manager or contributor; Relentlessly focussed on outcomes and delivering maximum impact; A blend of data-driven and creative thinking; Proven ability to tell compelling stories and edit content pieces; Technical knowledge of; Salesforce and website/digital/podcasting/webinar tools; Strong interpersonal skills across a very diverse range of stakeholders; Interview processAn initial chat with our Talent Lead to welcome you to the process (30 minutes); Introductory call with the CEO and COO to discuss the role in more detail and get to know you better (45 mins); Connect with some of your key collaborators - Head of Sales / Head of Product / Cofounder and product strategy leader (30 mins each); Round table with a presentation and discussion including a range of the folks you have met and a couple you haven’t (Chief of Staff / Presales or others); To conclude, we will introduce you to the team and to at least one board member, giving you the broadest sense of Harbr we can.
