About the Role: Reporting into the Chief Customer Officer, we are looking for a high-performing Head of Marketing and Communications to oversee the growth and development of the ClearBank brand. The successful candidate will be joining a fast-growing business which is challenging the market and doing things differently. About You: The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in B2B marketing communications, ideally within fintech or tech. This is a broad, hands-on role in a growing team and you will be responsible for devising and implementing an effective marketing and communications programme, tailored to support ClearBank's strategy and roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Drive the development of the marketing and communications strategy across all key marketing functions including PR, digital, content, thought-leadership, awards and events: Oversee the day-to-day management of the marketing team, with four direct reports; Work closely with senior business leaders in the management of company reputation and development of the ClearBank brand; Manage external agencies, ensuring goals and timelines are met; Budget management; A strategic thinker with strong communication & interpersonal skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Self-motivated, a quick learner, organised, detail-orientated, a multi-tasker; Ability to execute at pace and manage multiple projects and deliverables at once; Experience of managing strategic brand positioning programmes and/or corporate rebranding a plus.
