Customer Growth Marketing Manager to join our Global Demand Generation team. You will drive our up-sell and cross sell campaigns to our existing global base of merchants. Working very closely with the wider demand and marketing teams as well as cross-functionally with sales, customer success, sales engineering and product teams, you will use our CRM, marketing automation and more to effectively segment our merchant database and identify growth opportunities through marketing campaigns. Your core metrics will be to increase the LTV, monthly recurring revenue and share of wallet from Checkout.com’s global merchants. You are a creative, data-driven marketer able to work in a fast-paced environment - looking for a new challenge to accelerate customer growth. What you will do. Develop a creative customer marketing program in collaboration with. Marketing and Customer Success founded in revenue growth for customers. Segment and analyze merchant customer base to identify efficient cross sell/upsell opportunities. Design and execute customer marketing campaigns using various tactics from email marketing, digital, direct mail, events and more. Build alignment with partners in Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales and Sales Engineer to deliver campaign success. Gain deep understanding of our customers problems, challenges and opportunities. Analyze and monitor the impact of the program performance using Looker/BI tools . About you. Proven experience in B2B/SaaS, enterprise and lifecycle or customer growth marketing, ideally 5+ years. You are a data-driven, growth-minded marketer with a proven track record growing demand and audience, account engagement. Data segmentation, CRMs, Marketing Automation, email marketing systems and performance analysis have no secrets for you. You have a people centric approach and enjoy working cross-functionally .
