What you'll do: We are looking for a talented and ambitious Head of Growth, with hands-on digital customer acquisition experience to be responsible for planning, creating and delivering activity which increases customer acquisition and retention. Customer acquisition for us includes both investors and entrepreneurs that complete our marketplace but are two very different personas. This role requires an articulate, ambitious and highly organised individual looking to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial organisation who is confident with individual accountability. You will be able to combine your creative skills for project & campaign ideation with the technical capabilities required to execute these across commonly used digital channels. Underpinning this will be a data-driven approach to reporting and optimisation to determine the success of your performance campaigns. You’ll report to the Chief Commercial Officer & Chief Marketing Officerand will actively collaborate with wider internal teams such as Creative & Content, Compliance, Business Development and other subject matter experts to achieve your objectives. You’ll bring a strong interest in entrepreneurship and a desire to work in the Financial Services sector. You will be comfortable working with a fast, test and learn approach to delivering activity. : Who we’re looking for: You have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in a relevant, Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing role at a high performing company.; Are a highly motivated, results-oriented individual.;Demonstrable track record in customer acquisition and retention campaigns;Experience in implementing, managing and reporting of digital marketing activities such as Paid; Social, Email Marketing, CRM, marketing automation programs and Content Marketing; Have managed and optimised marketing budgets across multiple channels and reported on effectiveness against business objectives.; A history of customer acquisition success, a bonus if experienced in a marketplace technology that has two sided needs; Strong MarTech experience and technical skills across tools such as ad management platforms (e.g. Facebook ads, GDN), analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Funnel.io), automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot); Ability to confidently interrogate and report back on funnel efficiency from top to bottom; People management and team leadership; Experience working with and briefing creative teams; Have the ability to understand complex topics and to communicate those concepts clearly.; Excellent attention to detail.
