About this role

Punk Money is a hugely disruptive Fin-Tech start-up that is developing a completely new type of financial platform with a community at its core. And, we’re looking for a marketing superstar to head up our growth team to join our founding team and help us scale this game changing startup into a global mega brand. We’re decentralising money away from the banks and putting it back in peoples hands. ABOUT THE ROLE Working at Punk Money isn’t about being a cog in a machine, we’re looking for stand out individuals who’ve got the drive and determination to make the role their own. As Head of Growth we’re looking for a marketing megastar, capable of whipping up community focused, marketing strategies that ensure our message gets out to the people who need to hear it. You’ll be one of the most influential members of the Punk Money team, responsible for driving engagement and customer acquisition across all channels. You’ll be leading the way in disrupting the finance markets, recruiting the users we need to drive the company into hyper growth and become a global leader. WHAT YOU’LL DO :Lead from front: your job will be to recruit, lead and mentor a cross-functional team to build and execute growth strategies. Build multi-channel marketing campaigns together with your team to drive brand sentiment and user growth. Identify and negotiate key partnerships to drive growth. Act as a “face of Punk Money” in the country for PR purposes (TV interviews, thought leadership) Business Analysis: Monitor and assess performance of your market. Work with and support central product teams to improve tools to drive growth in markets. Ensure alignment within other markets and HQ for regional and global initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Strong business background (commercially successful entrepreneurship, mgmt consulting, ibanking, or similar commercial experience) Expertise in B2C marketing or business development for a hyper growth consumer company. Experience in building and leading teams, with willingness to invest in the development of your team to enable them to deliver their KPIs. 10+ years of experience, some of it in a hyper-growth company. Deep understanding of the UK and Global markets, including connections to relevant partners. Demonstrated capacity to take data-informed decisions. ABOUT THE TEAM. You’ll be joining a highly motivated founding team with the branding, ideas, business plan and products already in production. We are currently raising Seed capital to finalise production and launch the product. The existing team are marketing and product experts who’ve already had excellent feedback and already have significant traction with their current product. OUR VALUES.
