Our business models are b2b, b2c, e-commerce, marketplace and SaaS.About you You are a proven goal and revenue focussed growth marketer, with extensive e-commerce experience and a passion for sharing inspirational stories using a variety of tools and mediums.With the aid of your team, you will plan, implement and iterate campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention, focusing on supercharging growth and telling our story to the masses.You will manage and oversee a variety of growth channels and strategies (SEO, email, paid search and advertising, CRO, partnerships and PR).You will have a flair for using storytelling to fuel your growth strategies, translating complex science into user-friendly tactics.Your team You?EUR(TM)ll be responsible for a digital marketing manager, SEO + PPC specialist along with a team of content writers.The wider team is diverse: from nutritionists and medical professionals to product development and design. You will be closely integrated to our fast moving environment and work shoulder to shoulder with Healthpath?EUR(TM)s passionate CEO.While we?EUR(TM)re a virtual team, we feel like a family and don?EUR(TM)t take ourselves too seriously. Master strategist for multiple growth channels. Experienced in delivering outstanding marketing assets, including video. A deep knowledge of content and on page conversion tactics, with strong content skills. The mindset to deeply understand and meet user needs. An inspirational leader with a vision for growth. Advanced analytical skills, ability to create meaningful conclusion and decisions from data. A proven track record as a key player in scale up companies. Broad knowledge of digital marketing strategeis. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Your key responsibilities:. Identify, develop and lead new growth strategies, using the full range of channels and growth tactics available. Consistently analyse and refine campaigns to drive revenue, uncover insight and consumer trends. Develop original and innovative content to improve and increase brand awareness, acquisition and retention. Be a key player across all teams in the business, translating our new products and lessons into rapid marketing strategies. Create your own vision, with the support of our founding team.
