About the Role We have a new opportunity for a full-stack Growth Marketing Manager with experience of working with high-growth tech startups to join our global Marcomms team, based in the UK and working remotely initially. Reporting into the Global Marketing Director, you will own full-stack growth strategies, including marketing channels and on-site conversion funnels, which firmly position Acast as the home for podcast buying, and attract podcasters and advertisers of all sizes to Acast. You will also collaborate with Acast's product marketing, PR, social media and brand teams as well as local teams to bring these strategies to life across your global efforts. This role is a hybrid between Marketing Manager, Data Scientist, Growth Hacker and Strategist where you will build and execute data-driven strategic plans to drive growth. Working across our website, email comms, SEO, paid search, paid social/display advertising and partnerships, you will use statistical modelling and regression analysis to produce marketing plans, including budget allocations and forecasts. You will develop plans at a global level, using data to inform local execution. You will also be responsible for designing measurement plans that connect to each service and its marketing initiatives. How you will contribute Research, plan and execute experiments across the user lifecycle that result in successful growth-driving innovations. Develop business plans for global expansion and market prioritisation; Build marketing promotions that contribute profitable growth to the business; Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing plans across our user segments used owned communication channels, such as email and organic social media; Identify SEO improvement opportunities and oversee implementation by our content teams; Deliver incremental improvements in revenue, LTV, CAC and customer churn; Uncover and leverage new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth; Manage day-to-day delivery of campaigns across multiple channels, including measurement and optimisation, to accelerate growth. The ideal skills for this role include: Experience in a high-growth tech startup environment with a track record of delivering success; High competency in quantitative growth stack, including experimentation, referrals, loops, conversion rate optimisation and customer lifecycle management; A proven ability to lead the planning and optimisation of all go-to market marketing strategies and the promotion of existing offering; Well-versed in short-term decision making that compounds into long-term results, including estimating impact and determining priorities; High competency in planning digital marketing, including Google and Facebook; Fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition and retention channels; Comfortable with technical solutions, including marketing automation, data analysis and dashboard building; Familiar with best practice SEO approaches and technical solutions such as SEMRush or BrightEdge; Experience working in cross-functional teams; Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving skills; A love of podcasts is a must!
